This week leading UK bathroom specialists, Crosswater are launching their KH ZERO 6 range, the latest in a series of bathroom taps by internationally renowned interior designer Kelly Hoppen.

Kelly Hoppen MBE, who was born in South Africa, has transformed homes for the Beckhams and worked for Gwyneth Paltrow and Anthony Hopkins. She is regarded as a design industry leader and known for her ‘Hoppen’ style which is underpinned by subtly coordinated fusion of East meets West, clean lines and neutral tones. Hoppen is the recipient of copious design awards but says the proudest point in her career to date came in 2009, when she was made an MBE by Queen Elizabeth for her services to interior design.

Her range of Crosswater taps is available in South Africa through Bespoke Bathrooms.

Made from chrome plated brass, the KH ZERO 6 range is a contemporary tap and shower collection that marries Crosswater’s expert craftsmanship and functionality with elements of Kelly Hoppen’s signature style. The designs are sleek, gently leaning forward in a contemporary twist on classic styling.

“Fluidity is a key trend at the moment but I predict that, moving forward, kitchen and bathroom design will become more and more modular. Another prominent trend coming through is a focus on art. I believe taps, for example, will be designed in a more artistic way and become centrepieces of a design”, says Hoppen.
