Located at the top of High Cape, Townhouse Broers is a modern home with stunning views. The existing bathroom finishes were dated, and our client wanted the bathroom to work with other parts of the house that had already been renovated. The existing interior has beautiful dark finishes complemented by feature lighting.

The Townhouse Broers bathroom had many angles along with a small shower and bath. Maximising the shower space and removing the bath was our brief. To achieve this, we focused on straightening the walls to create clean lines and a better flow. We kept the angled walls in the feature shower recess, as they create a unique shape, especially when highlighted by the recessed LED lights.

The feature basin, by Laufen for Alessi, is a bold statement piece made from Saphirkeramik. It creates a great focal point, focusing on both technological innovation and beautiful design. The black taps by Nobili complement both the finishes and the overall aesthetic.

The charcoal custom cabinets are constructed using Niemann laminated boards, featuring a slim design that still allows for extensive storage space. The stone vanity top is paired with a new black matte material, which contrasts beautifully with the glossy white porcelain basin.

The large-format hammered tiles from Bera & Beren have a natural texture that comes to life with the LED-underlit and backlit feature lighting.

The wall-mounted WC pan and seat, along with the concealed cistern and actuator plate, are both from Geberit.
