This apartment in Milnerton was a very tricky renovation as the walls are concrete and all plumbing had to be surface mounted. Also a lack of natural light with a window into a light well was all we had to work with.
Our client’s scope of work was to add extra storage as the space in the apartment was limited so we decided to remove the bath and introduce a tall cabinet with glass shelves for linen.
Both the Guest WC and Main Bathroom windows we added Caesar Stone sills and Taylor Blind shutters to hide the old steel window frames.
The new down light with warm white globes and the custom LED mirror light added layered lighting to this internal bathroom.
The custom wall hung cabinets allowed us hide the surface mounted plumbing and create an overall spacious and clean look.
