This large apartment in Sea Point was an over all renovation project as we added a new kitchen and wardrobe housing the geyser as well sanding and sealing the existing Oregon floor and adding new lighting and of course renovating the bathroom. We also closed off the entrance to bedroom1 from the lounge and heightened the entrance opening to the kitchen.

As this is a two-bedroom rental apartment we wanted to create a warm welcoming feel but still keep the interior practical and attractive to most tenant’s personal taste.

We focused on keeping with the existing architectural language and adding clean and simple lines to add to the already generous spaces.
