House Roseberry Avenue is a beautiful modern home situated in Oranjezicht. This project was very much a collaborative design process with the client, as he shared his very clear idea about the look he wanted to create for his bathrooms.
The main en-suite bathroom originally had a dropped bulkhead over the bath which was positioned vertically to the window – blocking the flow and making the space feel enclosed. The ceilings were redone as well as a total redesign of the existing layout – creating space for the luxurious walk-in shower.
The freestanding bath from Victoria and Albert Baths makes a great centrepiece. As we did not have wall space to fit a wall-mounted bath spout and mixer, we included a freestanding bath column.
Made up in the same material, the matching basins rest on a matt engineered stone top by Caesarstone. The real oak veneer cabinets are a slim design and still allow for extensive storage space.
The wall-mounted WC pan and seat as well as the concealed cistern and actuator plate range are from Geberit.
