House Codron is a modern home situated in Newlands. Our clients were ready to renovate their bathroom and wanted to improve the vanity area and maximize storage space. With a beautiful garden on the property, the concept was to bring this feature into the bathroom on the first floor, which is far away from the garden.

The large wall opposite the bathroom entrance presented the perfect canvas for a feature wall. Using wallpaper from Cara Saven, our client added her exquisite hand-drawn black eagle to the existing design as this bird of prey has great personal meaning to her.

The existing skylight provides beautiful natural lighting which is key to a sense of wellbeing.

We kept the existing bath and complimented it with top mount basins from Boutique Baths. The lighting was replaced and carefully considered – we used three different models of bathroom-rated wall lights, which made a great combination. The basin splashback is finished in a custom colour and includes integrated shaving plugs. The mirror is custom made to size. The wall-hung WC pan, seat and cistern are from Geberit.

The careful selection and combination of various tile finishes, paint colours and wall finishes by Bespoke Bathrooms ensures a personal space which is both welcoming and relaxing.
