We were fortunate to be part of phase two of the overall remodelling of House Clegg, a beautiful old home in Kenilworth.

The new kitchen and scullery is made up of an existing kitchen as well as a guest bedroom and bathroom and passage way.

We focused on creating a better flow from the living areas and front door and thus also widened the study entrance area so that there is a great view all the way from the front door through to the kitchen. We consulted with an engineer and fitted steel beams so that we could remove the dividing walls.

All ceilings had to be redone and kept at a maximum height. We worked closely with our client who specified all her storage needs for the kitchen and scullery. The sinks are both from Franke and the sink mixers from Crestial.

We had handles custom finished in matt black to compliment the black and white tiles. The work tops are by Eezi Quartz and the glass splash back we had finished in a custom colour above the Smeg cooker.

I love our client’s own timber dresser that adds a personal touch to this family kitchen.
