This beautiful terrace home in Loader Street is situated in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of De Waterkant.
Being incredibly busy running numerous businesses, our client needed a company that offered a full turnkey solution. We completed a full renovation – from the overall painting of the entire exterior of the house in a beautiful green to the smallest detail, like fitting new doorstops.
For the his and her bathrooms we used classic design elements. We added colour to the marble look and white finishes with wallpaper from Care Saven and a custom vanity. We installed a Victorian Bathrooms thermostatic shower mixer for ease of use, which is complemented by the wall-hung toilet from Geberit. With lighting being of great importance to both us and the client, we selected bathroom-rated wall fittings from Astro.
With the guest bathrooms on the ground floor being small, we chose a tile with a classic design in tones of blue. We chose one of the blues and used this shade for the custom mirror cabinets. To maximise space, the cloakroom has a glass shower panel that folds back when not in use.
The Italian-made accessories from Inda were a custom order and give these bathrooms a unique look – which for me is a crucial part of a successful project.
