This stunning home is situated in Constantia and has a beautiful established garden. The client has a great passion for design and shared design references with us from the beginning of the project. The starting point of the House LeBerg bathroom design concept was the custom stone basin, which is locally crafted and carved from a solid piece of granite. The champagne colour of the Meir tapware complements the warm tones of the granite.

The newly fitted tilt-and-turn window integrates the surrounding garden into the bathroom space.

We worked with large slabs of stone-look tiles from Studio Masson and kept the tiling uniform on both the walls and floor. This created a seamless envelope for the real wood veneer double vanity which is the centrepiece of the space.

The curved corners of the mirror, which reflect the curved shape of the inner basin, are backlit with LED lights. We also added LED lights to the shower recess to complement the cozy feel of the space.

The basin taps and shower faucets are from Meir and the concealed cistern and wall-hung pan are from Geberit.

All metal finishes were carefully considered so that they complemented the champagne-colored taps. We incorporated white as our second color, ensuring a cohesive look by finishing the Jeeves heated towel rail, Geberit steel actuator plate and shower glass hardware in a matte white.
