Apartment Three Anchor Bay, a spacious apartment in the iconic Twin Towers block on the Atlantic Seaboard has unique ocean views. We selected finishes with a similar feel for the bathrooms, playing with the greens and blues of the ocean and using a combination of classic and contemporary finishes. The irregular finish and texture of the feature tiles creates a focal point of visual interest, while the real oak wood veneer cabinets create a feeling of warmth.

Lighting was carefully considered and as the ceilings are slabs, we worked with the existing ceiling light point. We replaced this with bathroom-rated Astro light fittings and included LED above-counter lighting for the bespoke mirror cabinets.

The main bathroom has classic Victorian style taps and for the guest bathroom we chose simple modern taps from Crestial.

We created as much integrated storage as possible for body products by running the new low wall (which houses plumbing) along the entire back wall. To create a seamless surface, we finished the tops of the ledges with Atlas Quartz stone.

The back-to-wall bath from Duravit is a fantastic seamless design that works well in a limited space. The wall-mounted WC pan and seat as well as the concealed cistern and actuator plate range are from Geberit.
